thecakebar: how amazing are these on a scale of 1-10???, i say…………50! bakeitinacake: A very talented Bake It in a Cake reader named Daniela made the double rainbow coconut cupcakes and they look SO AMAZING! She was kind enough to give me permission to share her photo. She says: “I am really excited about how good they looked (and they tasted even better!)” Here’s the recipe, should you want to make your own (and you do). A perfect spring treat!
